Speaking exclusively to Republic TV's Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami, spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar demystified swirling rumours that he had offered to act as a mediator in resolving the decades-old Ayodhya Ram Mandir issue in Uttar Pradesh.
Remarking that CM Yogi Adityanath had been making great efforts towards resolving the issue, Ravishankar said that people had been coming to meet him, and that he'd be 'all-willing' if his participation was sought.
In terms of the kind of resolution that he'd favour, the Art of Living founder remarked that he had always been in favour of an out of court settlement as it 'gives an opportunity to both communities to come together with a gesture of goodwill and by showing one's magnanimity'.
Sri Sri then also answered questions on a purported meeting on October 6. Watch his complete revelations from the interview in the video above.
