Graphite For A Cause In Mumbai's Bandra

If you're a frequent user of the of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, you may have caught a glimpse of a group of young adults creating a magnificent art installation on your commute.

The initiative has been taken up by the students of Pearl Academy Foundation, Mumbai, in a bid to stop people littering the spot. 
Speaking to Republic TV, the foundation's head, Vivek Karmokar, said:

"Every city in this world has a visual and material culture and evryone should take pride in it; our roots are embedded in these cultures. We are very glad that the city is giving us this opportunity." Watch his full interview above.

This Children's day week, the students will be turning the dull walls of that at particular underpass into a huge canvas by painting on it and turning it into a feast for the eyes!

More than 25 students have participated in this drive and the opening ceremony took place on November 14.
