Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have never been vocal about their relationship. But their fiery chemistry both on-screen and off-screen have been keeping the rumour mills busy about their alleged affair. However, in her recent interview to a leading Bollywood magazine, Deepika has opened about her relationship with Ranveer Singh.
Speaking about Ranveer, Deepika said that when she is with him she does not need anyone or anything.
“We’re comfortable in each other’s presence. Sometimes it’s intelligent conversation, sometimes just silence, sometimes there’s a childlike innocence. We keep each other grounded. We are good in that sense.”
When the Padmavati actress was asked that whether she was considering marriage with Ranveer Singh, she said,
“I don't know if marriage per se...Because I believe that every relationship has its natural progression. I'm discovering that myself"
Deepika also spoke about whether she is thinking about settling down in 2018.
“I can’t put a year to it. Honestly, I’ve never been able to do anything that is time bound. I believe relationships have their way of unfolding. As far as my equation with him (Ranveer) is concerned, I am sure that will unfold in its own manner.”
Deepika also revealed that since her childhood, she wanted to be a homemaker.
“I can’t wait to be a homemaker. Because from the time I was a little girl, I’ve always wanted to be that. I’ve always wanted to start a family,” said Deepika.
On the work front Deepika is awaiting the release of her troubled movie ‘Padmavati’.
